This article introduced the related theory of lean production, especially explainedfor the core of the lean production. The core concept of lean production is fromToyota Production System(TPS), this article also introduces the principles andcontents of the TPS.JIT(Just in Time) is the main content of lean production, namely, according tothe amount of customer needs, within the time of consumer needs, made the productof consumer needs. JIT includes the content of the two levels: first level is the contentof the pull production, starts from the customer’s final demand, from the forward flowof information needs; At the second level is the equalization production, but also thisis the whole production system which is in a complete process, every link in theprocess is running under a set of good rhythm. This process can also be understood asthe concept of a flow of lean thinking. So how to realize the equalization production?In addition to the production of automation and management information, the mostimportant is to eliminate waste in the production process. Any link that doesn’t createvalue and action, in the lean production is considered waste. Our task is to eliminatethe waste, and achieve just-in-time production.The main content of this article, which is the practice of the author in the workcontent. G company for the application of lean production is the leveling system ofproduction. Implement the leveling of the production system in G company, is torealize the equalization production. It began to accept customer orders,and theimplementation of the production, finally to product delivery, the whole supply chainsystem to realize equalization. G company is as production factory, should beachieved the leveling of the production.Finally, according to the author of a concrete practice content, this paperintroduces the leveling of production of a part of the implementation, production LeadTime reduction. We analysis the whole process of value in the factory, find no valuechain. And elimination the waste to realize the Lead Time of the overall decline.
