With the rapid development of science and technology, information, talent and culturehave become favorable capitals to create value. Post-80s knowledge workers as the talents,who grasp the scientific and technical knowledge will gradually occupy the main position inthe enterprise. However, as a group to create maximum value, post-80s knowledge workersoften have low job performance and high turnover rate. There are a variety of factors for thatphenomenon, but the first main reason is the excessive work pressure. With increasinglyfierce competition in the market, high work stress has become a hot issue to today’s society.How to reduce the post-80s knowledge workers’ job pressure and to carry out effective stressmanagement has become an important research topic in the field of human resourcesmanagement.Although the related research about works stress at China and abroad has made so much,but more just a simple correlation analysis for stress and turnover intention. In this paper,basis on the information about the relationship of job stress and job performance, turnoverintention that form main academic database, respectively analyze the two dimensions ofworking pressure, namely the challenging pressure and obstacle pressure, explored how thetwo dimensions respectively different influence on turnover intention and job performance.Based on the existing job stress scale, performance scale and turnover intention scalemake some forecast analysis, so as to develop a suitable questionnaire for the post-80sknowledge workers. Through back at the scene, QQ and E-mail, choose the workers bornfrom1980-1989, college degree or above to make questionnaire survey, expected to be320copies of questionnaires, collecting data and information, then use SPSS17.0and Excelsoftware to make statistical analysis for these questionnaires. This article will be makecorrelation analysis and regression analysis for the two dimensions of the working pressure onjob performance and turnover intention study, and then analyzed the different influence levels.On this basis, the paper will have a positive theoretical value and significance to solve thepost-80s knowledge workers’ low efficiency and high turnover rate issues.
