Dynamic Perspective Based On The Stability Of The Strategic Alliance Game Analysis

With the development of economic globalization，more and more enterprises realize thatonly by their own power is hard to adapt to the complex and changeable business environmentand resource sharing among enterprises in the process of building a growing need to，learnfrom each other，trust each other，both cooperation and competition，on the basis ofrisk-sharing，technology sharing，complementary advantages，such as the development goalsof strategic alliance to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise，so as to adapt to thedevelopment of economic globalization. To establish a strategic alliance enterprise competitorsas partners，through the alliance to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between eachother，to achieve the purpose of survival and development together.However，along with the high-speed development of the strategic alliance，it is very highinstability. Due to the lack of trust between alliance enterprises，excessive competition orcooperation，relying too much on，unequal profit distribution factors，makes the alliance tomaintain time is very short，alliance stability under a lot of challenges. Previous studies，suchas resource theory，transaction cost theory，stakeholder theory，learning theory，game theory，and from the union from cooperation and competition aspects such as the study of tension，thestability of alliance theory research，mainly concentrated in the following aspects: the study ofthe reasons for alliance instability，internal and external factors which influence the stability ofalliance is not research，the alliance instability and the relationship between the performanceevaluation of research. These studies，however，from the static perspective，research alliancepartner selection，structure，performance management，etc.，and the study of these aspects arepartial，isolated research，failed to see the development of strategic alliance as a whole，theprocess of dynamics and evolution of strategic alliance and procedural value. Therefore，it isnecessary for us to the league were analyzed，and the whole development process from theperspective of the development of a dynamic alliance stability problems are studied.In view of this，this article on the basis of game theory，first of all，to development as themain line，based on the perspective of development，the choice of alliance partners，allianceoperation，alliance performance evaluation as a union development process，main researchalliance in the different features of the three stages in the process of development，using gametheory to explore the three stages of development of the alliance instability，so as to explore thealliance instability form the root cause. Secondly，in view of the factors which influence thestability of alliance alliance development process，to establish a game model to promotealliance stable cooperation. Finally，through discussion and practical application cases of themodel，show that the proposed model to promote the stability of the alliance has the very goodguidance significance.
