Evaluation And Countermeasure On City Livability Of Capital Economic Circle In Hebei

Livable city can be interpreted as on the premise of promoting sustainable economicdevelopment, the mechanism is to maintain the ecological balance, and the root is toimprove and develop the people’s livehood, make the economic development, socialprogress and the ecological protection a harmonious development. The final developmentof the construction of the livable city is urban economic development, social harmony,people’s livelihood’s improvement, the virtuous cycle of ecological overall form. The Greeneconomic circle ring capital is proposed on the basic of using the experience of domesticand international urban development. The purpose is to narrow the gap between Beijing andHebei province, relieve the pressure of Beijing, and solve the problem of regional povertyand ecological surrounding Beijing fundamentally.This paper collected data using the method of sampling survey, with14cities of thecircle ring capital as the object of the research, they are Zhuzhou City, Zhulu County,Laishui County, Chicheng County, Huailai County, Fengning Manchu Autonomous Region,Xinglong County, Luanping County, Sanhe City, Guangyang District, Anci District,Dachang Hui nationality autonomous county,Xianghe County, Guan County. This paperchoose the more densely populated, liquidity larger commercial district, residential area andthe market as the main distribution location of questionnaire, adopt the method of randomabstract, give out942questionnaires,934valid questionnaires.This paper adopted the method of projection pursuit and structure equation modelrespectively to evaluate city livability of the economic circle ring the capital on the basic ofaccessing the relevant data. It is concluded that livability rankings and the main factorsinfluencing the urban livability satisfaction. Firstly, this paper put forward the researchbackground and research significance, introduced theories about livable cities at home andabroad in detail and evaluated the development course and present situation on the basic ofcollecting a large number of literature material. Secondly, this paper used the experience ofpredecessors, established evaluation index system combining with the actual situation,collected data for researching. Thirdly, this paper established classification model usingprojection pursuit method. It is concluded the optimal projection direction using the genetic algorithm in Matlab, so that projection characteristic values are obtained. According to thesize of the projection characteristic, valued the14counties (city, area) livability rankings.Fourthly, adopted the method of structural equation model to evaluate its livability,established the initial model on the basis of the theory. Through continuous model fitting,evaluation and correction, it is concluded that the final model with good sex of fitting, thusit is concluded that the main factors influencing the urban livability satisfaction. Finally,this paper putted forward improvement measures and suggestions of building livable cities.
