In recent years, the rapid development of high and new technology industriesstrongly promote the social and economic development and industrial structureadjustment, so it’s the powerful measures to promote the growth of the economy bydeveloping high and new technology industries. Compared with the traditionalenterprise, technology and its achievement are the lifeblood of the development ofthese high and new technology industries, but as more and more talents frequently“job-hopping” or foreign exchange as well as the development of Internet, enterprisesare facing unprecedented risks of technological secrets protection.
