Research On The Selection Of Technology Transfer Mode For Regional Sustainable Development

The technology transfer has played an increasingly significant role in regional societydevelopment with the progress of science and technology. Technology transferpromotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into realproductive, making science and technology play its own value, promoting thesustainable development of regional economy at the same time. But the popularizationand application of science and technology brings a series of problems such asresources, environment problems to the regional social development. Therefore, themanagement of technology transfer operation must be guided by the regionalsustainable development. Technology transfer mode runs through the whole processof technology transfer as a technology transfer mode of operation、method, which decides technological flow and direction, and affects the progressand effect of technology transfer, thus further influence the regional sustainabledevelopment. The purpose of technology transfer mode selection is to make thetechnological achievements into realistic productivity rapid and efficient in orderto make the application of technological achievements meet the requirements ofsustainable development more not just for the maximization of technologyreceptor local interest. Therefore, how to analysis technology transfer modechoice problem under considering the macro micro elements has become a problemto be solved.Based on literature research, this paper studied the technology transfer modefirstly, the main work includes: starting from the connotation and concept oftechnology transfer, analysis the process of technology transfer，then study the effectsof technology transfer on regional sustainable development based on technologytransfer transactions by using gray correlation analysis; study the technology intransfer and its factors; study the organization of supplier and their elements; based onthe analysis of the process of technology transfer, consider the stage characteristic oftechnology transfer mode, redefine the mode of technology transfer and points outthat the alternative technology transfer modes in different stages; describing differentmodes of technology transfer using the scenario analysis method from the aspect ofrisk, benefit, schedule, and from different angles study the necessity for selection oftechnology transfer mode.Then, based on the analysis of the technology transfer mode selection process, andthrough the construction of transfer of technology roadmap for the technology transfermode selection, screening different elements respectively influencing the technologytransfer mode selection in technology development phase and technology transfer phase in essence; construct the model of technology transfer mode selection fortechnology development phase and technology transfer phase in essence bymultivariate conditional LOGIT model.Finally, Beijing, for example, carries on the empirical study, construct the modelof technology transfer mode selection of technology development phase andtechnology transfer phase in essence for the sustainable development of Beijing,verify the effectiveness of the model.
