In the era of knowledge and technology rapid development, the human resourceis the key to win in the fierce competition. Human capital has become the mostimportant resource, it is the most fundamental intrinsic motivation for the enterpriserealization its value. Job appraisal is the basic link of human resource management,how to establish scientific and reasonable remuneration system on the basis of jobappraisal, for enterprises to effectively attract and retain talent in the fiercecompetition job market, to build a high-quality, stable, and suitable staff, to achievesustainable rapid development, is an extremely important work of enterprise humanresources strategy. From part of the enterprise’s situation, complaints between theenterprise and its staff is more prevalently, the most fundamental reason is thoseenterprises have yet to set up a scientific job evaluation for positions. There is not afair job value measurement standard.Based on this, on the basis of sort out relevant research at home and abroad,combined with the reality of S Investigation Institute and the development strategy,we have a scientific and reasonable evaluation for the typical positions withAHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. And on this basis, we proposed somesupporting measures for it to optimization design its salary system. The first part isthe detailed exposition for the basis and meaning of this topic, the research status, theresearch ideas, contents and methods. The second part is the exposition for relevanttheories and methods, including job evaluation, compensation theory and AHP-FuzzyComprehensive Evaluation Model. It is the theoretical foundation of this paper. In thethird part, we detailed the status of S Investigation Institute, including thedevelopment of profiles, Human Resources and Compensation System and so on.After the previous text, the fourth part giving an optimized design for S ExplorationInstitute based on its actual salary distribution system. The fifth part presents someassurance measures for the implementation of pay distribution system reform, in orderto achieve real-time adjustment and optimization.Job appraisal and salary distribution based on AHP-Fuzzy ComprehensiveEvaluation combine the relevant theoretical knowledge and the actual situation of SInvestigation Institute, has a positive meaning for the institute to optimization itshuman resources, will significantly enhance the competitiveness in future. Meanwhile, it is also an important reference for similar organization.
