Nowadays as economic globalization is pushing the economy transition, China isintegrating into the system of global economy and the trend of market economy is probinggradually and irreversibly, traditional state-owned business has been experiencing a change ofgradual progression and devolution of powers. With robust market economy, state-ownedbusiness of China has no longer depended on the development under the strategic protectionfrom government. Business should predict the changeable tendency of managementenvironment in a reasonable way and adjust development strategies and build and keep theirown competitive advantages to control the risks of changeable markets.With the establishment of good strategic goals, specific and detailed operation schemesare needed. Only those proposals based on facts can organically combine strategies, personnel,technology and operation flow together, for the purpose of realizing the strategic plans of thecompany gradually. Otherwise, the strategy will turn into a meaningless slogan, or evenbecome a trap for the company development, which makes the company get into a difficultand embarrassing position in the process of transition. This thesis has introduced the crucialproblem which GZ company has met in the products’ upgrading and transformation process ofstrategy implementation: tardiness of the plans for pipe production. According to the analysison the manufacturing process of pipes, this thesis tries to find out the bottleneck of restrictingthe production plans into implement and offers specific solutions and management strategies.This thesis consists of four parts, four chapters in total. The first part is the first chapter,mainly introducing the background and significance of the upgrading and transformation onthe GZ company’s products. The second part is chapter two, which involves the mainproblems GZ company has met in the production of new products and the analysis about theproblem. The third part begins from chapter three to chapter four, proposing solutions andimplemental plans. More specifically, chapter three offers specific schemes on theimprovement of manufacturing process about the workshops. Chapter four analyzes themanagement modes and the organization structure supporting the workshop and the newprocess, possible problems and strategies are analyzed in the implement of the manufacturingprocess project. The fourth part is the conclusion. The tardiness of of the pipe-production project made by GZ company is due to the lack of awareness of the deficits on themanufacturing process and the backwardness of the production. Therefore, to improve themanufacturing process and build proper large amounts of flow production lines, matched withproper management modes and organization structures, can break the bottleneck confronted inthe upgrading and transformation of the products for GZ company.
