Effects Of Villagers Correlation Of Arable Land Use Efficiency

Arable is the essence of land resources,the basic conditions and resources of humansurvival and development, an irreplaceable and essential element in agricultural production.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economic and social advance and theurbanization process,a large number of high quality arable land converted to constructionland, Arable land reduced constantly,contradiction between people continue to highlight. Inthe background of ever-increasing population and dwindling arable,improving theutilization efficiency of arable land has become an important way to protect our foodsecurity and sustainable development.And the farmer organization is an effective way toimprove the efficiency of land use.Farmer organizations can improve the negotiatingcapacity of farmers and ability to withstand risks,and increase farmers’ income,Share ofagricultural machinery and other agricultural means of production,reduce the redundancy ofproduction data,improve labor efficiency.With the development of economy andsociety,because of the increasing mobility of the population and the social and moral orderimbalances,human relations of farmers become benefits of technology and money,economicinterests instead of human interaction,farmers become atomized increasingly,farmers’cooperative become in trouble. Small-scale farmers can not butt dispersed modern elements,far from sufficient to meet the current rapidly changing agricultural market, contradiction"small farmers" and "big market" increasingly prominent, while affecting the efficiency ofthe use of arable land, on the other hand became circulation of agricultural productsbottlenecks globalization.In this study,based on the above background, taking the Hexi Corridor in Gansu as anexample,on the basis of defining the concept of correlation villagers, through fieldsurveys,using of structural equation model,doing scale development and validity testing ofthe villagers correlation, based on the first and second exploratory factor analysis,identifiedthe villagers correlation calculation model, and measured the villagers correlationvalues,based on the input and output indicators,using data envelopment analysisDEA,measured the efficiency of arable farmers. On this basis,using SPSS18software,regression analysis the arable land use efficiency and villagers correlation,themain conclusions are:(1)The association of villagers refers to villagers inside the village use the internal resources to form the interaction in cooperation with internal and foreign relations.Thatcovers social relations, but also include social action,that is reflected in the structure of thevillage, but also contains the village order. Villagers correlation refers to the nature, extentand breadth of the relationship between specific people within the village, which is thegeneral term for a variety of specific relationships formed inside the village the villagers inthe village,emphasis on the ability to act and the relationship among people,The villagerscorrelation is divided into emotional association,cognitive association,economy associationand actions association in four dimensions.(2)The reliability coefficient of the scale of emotional association,cognitiveassociation,economy association and actions association in this research reached0.72,0.84,0.76and0.84,reliability test value reached0.75,0.88,0.80and0.86,with goodconfidence level.Factor load factor of observed variables of four dimensions exceeded thecritical value of0.50,the measurement model has good convergent validity.(3)The degree of association of farmers surveyed villagers is mainly in3.5-4.0, thereare191, accounting for27.44%of the total sample;The degree of association of farmers in3.5-4.0is the least,only six,accounting for0.86%of the total samples,the mean of villagerscorrelation is3.21.The mean of emotion correlation is3.08.The mean of cognitivecorrelation is3.36.The mean of economy correlation is3.02.The mean of action correlationis3.28.(4)The farmland efficiency is mainly between0.9-1.0,there are253,accounting for36.35%;the efficiency of arable land between0.1-0.2and≤0.1is the least,both12,accounted for1.72%.(5)Goodness of fit of the regression model established in this study with the villagerscorrelation and cultivated land utilization efficiency reached0.813,within acceptablelimits;F=483.071,at far less than the0.01significance level through the test,indicating thatthe correlation and the villagers cultivated land use efficiency has obviouscorrelation.Establishs standardized regression equation,villagers correlation and arable landuse efficiency showed a positive correlation,villagers correlation increases a unit,arableland utilization efficiency increases0.902units.Emotions and actions correlation come intothe fitting model,fit of the model reached0.944, within an acceptable range;F=933.922,atfar less than the0.01significance level through the test, indicating that the utilizationefficiency of arable land and actions correlation and emotions correlation showe asignificant correlation.Establishes a standardized equations of farmland efficiency and emotion related degree and action related degree, the emotion related degree and the actionrelated degree and the cultivated land use efficiency showe a positive correlation,theemotion related degree and the action related degree increase one unit,arable land useefficiency increases0.871and0.121units.(6)Starting from factors of villagers Association,developping farmer cooperatives,building a "cooperative+base+farmers" and "Cooperation Organization+farmers"production and circulation patterns,to increase the degree of organization of farmers, toenhance villagers correlation,in order to improve the utilization efficiency of farmland.
