With the application of information technology deeper and deeper,enterprise informatization is constantly expanding in greater scope and depth,showing the stage characteristics of development. Enterprise informatizationwill go through different development stages, however, the differentinformatization stage enterprise is at, the impact of it’s investment to output isalso different, enterprise will get a reasonable return only if it provides pointedinvestment in accordance with the informatization stage enterprise itself is at. Inthe process of enterprise informatization development, how to evaluateenterprise informatization benefits combining their own level of enterpriseinformatization development is the current important enterprise informatizationresearch subject, the research of enterprise informatization development stagetheory has been very rich, but there has not yet appeared research of enterpriseinformatization benefits evaluation at different informatization stages. Therefore,research around the issues of Enterprise informatization stage development, tounderstand and master the different features of enterprise informatizationstages has important theoretical and practical value.This paper aims to determine the stage of enterprise informatization, andmeasure the contribution of informatization input to output at differentinformatization stages. This paper mainly uses methods of statistical patternrecognition and econometric to build the contribution model system ofinformatization input to output at each enterprise informatization stage,combining with the relevant enterprise informatization survey data in FujianProvince, this paper provides the characteristics of input to output at eachenterprise informatization stage in Fujian province finally.This study is divided into four parts. Firstly, it makes an overview ofdomestic and international research on the enterprise informatization stagestheory and enterprise informatization contribution, and then it presents the mainresearch ideas and contents. After that this paper introduces the basic theoryabout enterprise informatization from the aspects of enterprise information connotation, main contents and impact factors of enterprise informatizationevolution and so on, furthermore it summarizes brief theoretical introduction oftwo research methods used in this research. Thereafter, the paper establishes apattern recognition model of enterprise informatization stage, constructs theenterprise informatization stage evaluation index system from impact factors ofenterprise informatization evolution, briefly analyses the characteristics of eachinformatization stage, and establishes the relationship between the indexes andenterprise informatization stage by using support vector multi-categoryclassification model, then builds contribution model of input to output at allenterprise informatization stages using Translog production function model.Finally, it makes empirical study based on the investigation data aboutenterprise informatization in Fujian province, uses the well trained classificationmodel to identify informatization stage for unknown enterprises, calculatesinteraction degree among input elements and contribution coefficient of input tooutput at every informatization stage, and analyses characteristics of input andoutput at every enterprise informatization stage, this paper provides relevantdecision-making foundation for the enterprises and relevant governmentdepartments invest to enterprises at different stages.
