Research On Platform Construction Of Staff Training In Liaohe Petrochemical Company

Enterprise should insist on developing strategy that enterprise train employee that cancontribute to the enterprise. The staff training work should be put into an important place andbe regarded as the groundwork of enterprise development. Only when taking the leading pacein technical innovation and production development with a competent staff team, can anenterprise success in market competition. With the technological progress and productiondevelopment of enterprises, enterprise staff training under new situations is facing newdemands. As a middle-size petrochemical enterprise, Liaohe petrochemical company is stilllagged behind big petrochemical enterprise in terms of production scale and comprehensivestrength, and is facing a great threat and challenge of survival and development of theenterprise. Thus the research on staff training is significant for Liaohe petrochemicalcompany.This paper will introduce the existing condition of staff training of Liaohe petrochemicalcompany and analyze the human resource condition and staff training mode of Liaohepetrochemical company, then point out problems in staff training. For those problems, thispaper put forward the construction of three platform, ability improvement platform foradministrators, and technology innovation platform for technicians and skill improvementplatform for operators. The last part of this paper is providing safeguards for the threeplatform construction in order to improve the effect of staff training and form a unique stafftraining mode suit for Liaohe petrochemical company.
