Enterprise training is an important means of human resource development.Itis becoming the core of the modern enterprises in the competition. If enterprisewantes to keep a footthold in the fierce competition among the global market,itmust speed up to cultivate troops,one of which is consist in talents ofmanagement that could adapt on the requirement of the international andmarketing economy;another one of which is made up of specialized technicaltalent who owned knowledge fully and the ability of creation;meanwhile the thirdone of which practical experiences and professional skills.while all of the talentsof every troop depends on personnel training.It can improve their expertiseknowledge、cultivate their professional ability、 develop their Initiative spiritand help the staffs who can study and grow up quickly.Therefore,personneltraining is the investment and development of the staffs given by enterprises.It’sthe key way to make useful citizens through education and to enhance anddevelop the staffs’ accomplishent.S institute’s bussiness contains researching and developing mechanismwhich offers desigment, development, production, salesment, installation,debugging, system integration and technical consulting and so on.Nowadays theenterprise is at the stage of high-speed growth. With the development of Sinstitute step by step, the scale is becoming larger, the Civilian goods market isbecoming wider. S institute make the way of industrial development.S instituteneeds to build up the personnel trainning mechanism on the aspect of humanresources,to pay much more attention on the training work.The problem of S institute is lack of demand analysis,lack of layer inevaluating and also lack of following and feedback. From researching on theprocessing of business enterprise,the personnel, strategy,the author found thereasons from these problems. Learned from related enterprises and practicedexperiences.Established trainning system of employee’s development which isbased on the strategic target of S institute. From the train need analysis mold,the author analysis on the organization, task and personnel, make use ofKirkpatrick’s valuation model on reaction layer, study layer and behavior layer, effect layer four layers and analysis valuation. The last, guarantee to trainingsystem effective implemented,the article elaborats from training of culture,system and resources,to attain on the effect that we have wished.To research on training system of S institute, the autor want to give theenterprise instruction of theoretically and practicly. Author have found system oftraining that can be continuously perfect from the detection of the case. Thetraining can promote employee and enterprise development together.It is theimportant factor that raises business enterprise core competencies.
