With the adjustment and transformation of the economic structure and productionpatterns, it becomes more and more important regards to the effective integration ofresources, improvement of resource utilization and more prominent. Enterpriseshave gained great improvement in control and management of production logisticsconstancy. To reduce logistics costs has become a strategic business goal to increasetheir profitability and improve their market competitiveness. This paper introduces asuitable modern production enterprise production logistics management pattern toimprove the level of production logistics management with the basis of analyzingthe current investigation on the control aspects of logistics of enterprises W whichexists in the actual production process and combined with the current lean productionmanagement ideas.This paper firstly describes the current context in the production anddevelopment trends of the global production and manufacturing logistics, as well asthe content and purpose of this study. By the study of logistics and production statusof W business and combing with TOC, ERP, JIT—the three main principles foranalysis, we finally summarize their advantages and disadvantages.Then with the correlation analysis tool of value stream mapping and processlayout, this paper analyzes the W production logistics situation and identify majorimprovement points. Meanwhile, by combing the advantages of TOC, ERP and JITmanagement thinking, we propose a hybrid production and logistics managementpattern, the core of which lies in the development of the master plan; identifyingbottlenecks and non-bottlenecks plans and logistics. This paper provides a moredetailed exposition of the implementation of logistics TOC content based on TOCways of bottlenecks identification and non-bottleneck process.Finally, this paper implements the system design for the logistics bottlenecksmodule in operation implementation of the production system and also by using ofcomputer language to achieve it in SQL database environment. According to timeliness and completion of the latest methods of bottlenecks section and also basedon validating the system with actual data of W enterprises, we complete the design ofthe bottleneck identification system.In the end of the paper, we bring of summary of the article and then look into thefuture research work for production logistics.
