As the knowledge economy and social development play an increasingly important role,knowledge workers for the development of enterprises play a crucial role to play. For humanresource management, the motivation is very important. For different types of knowledgeworkers need to adopt various forms of incentives, which is the key to deciding the survival ofthe fittest is to establish efficient, quality, and fighting strength of the workforce has laid asolid foundation. Through appropriate incentives can stimulate employee enthusiasm, sowilling to join the team building process to enable them to meet their needs and achieveorganizational goals. Therefore, the ability to develop an effective incentive mechanism,self-interest with the staff there are also a close relationship.The article discusses the center a small high-tech enterprises JA ’s R&D team, forexample, using a questionnaire survey methods to study the excitation mechanism, you wantto achieve both for their own R&D team incentive mechanism to provide a reference, butalso to the same type incentive mechanisms provided for reference purposes. Firstly, accordingto R&D team motivation JA status questionnaire design, and according to the survey results,the JA Company R&D team to study the existing incentives, and ultimately determine themain demand of knowledge workers species. I found through the investigation, JA ’s benefitsand incentive compensation is an advantage with respect to career planning and corporatetraining mechanisms, etc., there are still some gaps. JA combined company’s actualdevelopment, the author against the benefits, salary structure, career planning, corporateculture, etc. to conduct a comprehensive analysis of problem-specific solutions. Hope thatthrough the reforms can improve employee motivation for companies to retain knowledgeworkers to effectively solve JA aspects of R&D team staff motivation problems in theincreasingly fierce market competition, improve the comprehensive competitiveness ofenterprises.
