Research On The Operation Mechanism Of Industrial Waste Recycling Network

As the economy of China develops rapidly, the problems of the ecological environment are more and more serious, such as the environment haze. People have put forward higher requirements of the economy development. In order to purse a coordinated development between industry and environment, Circular economy can solve the circular problems of industrial waste. Now, there are mainly two ways to solve the recycling problems of industrial waste: inner-enterprise circular and inter-enterprise circular. The inner-enterprise circular of industrial waste is the primary method to solve waste problem, but this kind of circulation is easily limited to form closed cycle. The limited factors include business scale, the production process characteristics and the resource acquisition. However, the industrial waste recycling network is easier to build and a more effective form. Therefore, there is practical significance and important theoretic to study the influential factors and the operating effect of the industrial waste recycling.The purpose of this paper is to study the operation of industrial wastes circular networks. The research methods of this paper include literature study, empirical study, factor analysis and regression analysis. Firstly, the related notions of the network organization are summarized, including the concept, the feature and the operation law. The related notions of industrial waste recycling network are also introduced, such as the concept, feature and classical model. Secondly, on the base of relative references and field research, this paper analyses the influential factors of the industrial wastes circular networks. This paper designs a model and presents several hypotheses about influential factors in the operation of industrial wastes circular networks: political support, environmental pressure, environmental protection, trust, keystone species enterprise and technical factors. Then this paper extracts openness, value increment, flexibility and harmony as the 4 aspects to measure the operating effect of the industrial wastes circular networks. By using questionnaire and data analysis, the hypotheses is validated.Finally, research results show: the seven influential factors all affect different aspects of operating effect; the factors, other than environmental pressure, have influence on networks. According to the research results, this paper presents several corresponding proposals.
