The Management Game Analysis Of The Third-party Recyclers In Closed-loop Supply Chain

In recent years, the national haze weather makes people pay much attention to the environment and resource problems. The recovery processing of waste products has a significant correlation with the environment and resource problems. Nowadays, the environmental pollution and resource waste caused by the waste products are becoming more and more serious.The third-party recycler is a very important behavior subject in the recycling system of our country at present. However, their operation and development is not just as wishes, and there are also many problems and distress. The management and decision of the third-party recyclers in the closed-loop supply chain is discussed combined with circular economy and closed-loop supply chain by using game theory.Firstly, a qualitative analysis of the third-party recyclers is studied based on the situation of the waste product. In the analysis, we divide the third-party recyclers into three types, including collection depot, recovery processing factory and professional recycling center. In addition, their functions and problems are described to raise the following quantitative studies of game models.After that, a voluntary recycling model and a door-to-door recovery model which starting from the perspective of consumer behavior are developed in third part to discuss the recovery mode selection and pricing strategy of the collection depot. The results show that while service cost parameter is in the low level, collection depot will choose door-to-door recovery. In this way, the overall recovery rate is higher. At the same time, lower unit recovery cost means lower channel pricing and higher profits of the participants.Then, the recovery processing and service decisions of the recovery processing factory are discussed in forth part. What’s more, we also analysis their optimal decisions in different situation and the development trend of cooperation, which indicate that higher recycling payment of the manufacturer can encourage recycling behavior of the recovery processing factory. The high basic payment of manufacturers is the necessary condition to motivate the third-part logistics service behavior of them; otherwise, they may get slack in the process of recycling.Finally, in fifth part, we study professional recycling center’s decisions of the remanufacturing and information prediction based on the product heterogeneity. The basis of whether to take the process of remanufacturing is provided to the professional recycling center. There is an upper limit of their remanufacturing cost. When the actual cost is lower than the upper limit, professional recycling center will try to take remanufacturing in hand. Moreover, forecasting the information of the waste products market will improve their yield.
