With the development of enterprises and the vagaries of the market demand,most companies increasing emphasis on how to improve the assembly line mode theoverall efficiency of the production line and the pursuit of synchronized productionline production, evaluation of an enterprise in the production assembly line balancingoften choose to balance the pros and cons of this quantitative indicator of rate.Papers on the assembly line balancing through research on the laser assemblyline problems in the plate were analyzed and resolved. In this thesis, an overview ofthe evaluation of production line balancing methods and basic concepts and definesimprove production line balancing approach.Based on the plate laser process to findout the status of welding, clamping, split clamp workstation problems. Then, usingfifty-five France, TRIZ conflict to resolve the contradiction matrix analysis method,brainstorming, AHP, human conjoint analysis to analyze the problem andimprovement. After an improvement in the capacity to meet customer demand, butlabor costs increased, so the need for an improved manufacturing process forsecondary improvements. Then, using WBS process carried out on the laser splitoperations, the use of detachable clip value coefficient method to evaluate each unit ofwork, the use of ECRS method4unit of work are analyzed, and the analysis for theECRS, designed a cylinder-type fixture. Finally, the layout has been reset and verifiedthrough line balancing results show that the improvement plan to achieve the targetThis article through the improvement of production line balance to the mediumplate laser process, the human cost has reduced by33.3%. Per person per hourcapacity (UPPH) has improved by160.9%. Production line balance rate has increasedby12.1%. It expects that the total cost can save about14.27million RMB every year.
