With the intensified trend of internationalization development of China’s hotel industry and the growing demand of the internationalization professional hotel managers, the management pattern of hotel management talents mainly based on theoretical knowledge and teaching method of professional skills now is difficult to meet the demand. Based on correlation theory of pedagogy and management, this study defines the standard of internationalization professional hotel managers,comparatively analyzes the training mode of domestic and overseas hotel management talent and finally raises the advises of optimizing the internationalization professional hotel managers training mode respectively from eight elements that are philosophy of schooling, training objective, curriculum provision, teaching staff, teaching method, school-running subject, financial resource and internship system so as to facilitate a faster and better development of China’s tourism and hotel higher education.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction which includes raising problem, research significance, literature reviews, research ideas, research methods and innovation. Part two discusses theoretical basis and relevant concept including concepts of human capital theory, constructivism theory, training mode of professional hotel managers and talents. Part three states the survey of internationalization professional hotel managers standard and its interpretation of result, the research process of which applies SPSS to analyze the standard of internationalization professional hotel managers. Part four describes the case analysis of training mode of internationalization professional hotel managers, which respectively selects six typically individual cases of the training mode of professional hotel managers from six areas and makes comparative analysis to find out the characteristic and the difference of professional hotel managers training mode of each institution. Part five analyzes the optimization of training mode of internationalization professional hotel managers and perfects structural improvement of internationalization professional hotel managers on the basis of reference of the successful training mode of domestic and overseas hotel managers from eight elements of philosophy of schooling, training objective, curriculum provision, teaching staff, teaching method,school-running subject,financial resource and internship system so as to facilitate a faster and better development of China’s tourism and hotel higher education. The last part states conclusion and prospect.
