Professional leading talents team construction has been a popular concern.Many experts,scholars and some multinational companies have conducted long-term research and exploration around their long-term strategic development goals.They have formed a system of effective modes and methods regarding the development of professional leading talents.They have also accumulated a lot of valuable experience which we can learn from.GeologicalSciences Research Institute of Shengli Oilfield has adhered to the implementation of the "Talent Promotion" strategy for many years,andhas attached great importance to talentscultivation work,and has also done some useful exploration in professional leading talents cultivation.But overall,the professional leading talents team construction is relatively weak.There are many problems inprofessional leading talents cultivation,for example,the professional leading talents structure is unreasonable,mature and effective cultivation mode has not yet formed,the introduction channels are not clear enough,cultivation environment has yet to be improved and allocation of research resources is unreasonable.These urgent the need to carry out thematic studies,break through the bottleneck problem,and accelerate the pace of the professional leadingtalents cultivation.This paper study and explore the status,cultivation,assessment and management ofprofessional leading talents ingeological research institute of Shengli Oilfield,using the basic principles of human resource management,combined with professional features of petroleum exploration and development,as well as the method of expert interviews,questionnaires and statistical analysis.On the basis ofsystematic summary,combined with practical situation,the author presents the professional leading talents cultivation mode“four statuses and one system”,which is in line with the strategic development of the institute.These modes include directional cultivation,project-oriented cultivation,team-oriented cultivation,and people-oriented cultivation,initially built up the professional leading talents cultivation systemingeological research institute of Shengli Oilfield.The paper also proposes some targeted measures regarding the problems confronted in professional leading talents cultivation.These measures provide reference information for the institute in order to create professional,complex and strategic professional leading talents.
