Research on enterprise logistics planning implement resistance not only has the important practical significance, but also the theoretical significance. From the practical point of view, with the improvement of production technology and the rapid deterioration of the competitive environment of enterprises, enterprises improve their core competitiveness with changing the organizational structure, business process, ideology and culture, innovation capability and logistics system in a methods of organizational change. Logistics planning is one of the important ways of enterprise logistics system reform, as the organizational change resistance, the implementation of logistics planning will also confront the resistance. From the theoretical point of view, at present, the related research of logistics planning pay more attention at the definition, classification, plan design, plan selection, while ignores the logistics planning implementation. Therefore, in this thesis, combined with the force field analysis method, the enterprise logistics planning resistance will be theoretically and empirically researched, the resistance management method will be figured out to ensure the smooth implementation of logistics planning.Firstly, on the basis of the relevant theory, change resistance model, literature research and questionnaire survey, the evaluation model of the logistics planning implementation resistance based on force field analysis will be established. The related theories including the force field analysis, logistics planning and resistance will be summarized for laying a solid foundation on the following research. The typical change resistance model will be analyzed for obtaining the research ideas of this thesis. The related literatures of organizational change resistance will be review for getting the resistance index. Thus, the questionnaire surveys will be distributed to verify the accuracy of resistance index in the enterprise. Then, the evaluation model of logistics planning implementation resistance will be established based on the method of force field analysis.Secondly, by applying the statistical method of factor analysis, the factor model of logistics planning implementation resistance will be built. According to the survey data, the logistics planning implementation resistance evaluation index scale will be obtained. The resistance index sorting will be figured out through the traditional statistical methods; the resistance evaluation index will be reduced and comprehensively interpreted through the factor analysis method. They show that the results from traditional statistical methods is a subset of the factor analysis methods, the factor analysis method is more comprehensive and accurate. According to the comprehensive resistance factor, the factor model of a logistics planning implementation resistance will be established.Finally, through the empirical research, taking the company A as an example, the management model of logistics planning implementation resistance will be established. The implementation resistance should be managed to ensure the smooth implementation of logistics planning in the enterprise. A company is the sample survey data, thus, the management model of logistics planning implement resistance will be figured out.Therefore, the predicted research on logistics planning implement resistance in this thesis is consisted of resistance evaluation model, factor model and resistance management model.
