From the British Industrial Revolution in 1860s to the present global economic development, the consumption of traditional energy sources has become more and more large, the environmental pollution problem is getting worse and the competition for energy between the powerful countries is more intense, even outbreak petroleum energy crisis and war. These all make the development of new energy sources become increasingly urgent.W company as a representative of the domestic new energy enterprises, how to seize the economic development of the high demand for new energy opportunities, meet the challenges of the complex market environment, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises, business owners and managers become an urgent need to face and resolve the major issues. In this paper, strategic management theory and strategic analysis tools has been studied and described in the whole process of the W’s strategic analysis, development, implementation of. The conclusion can not only promote the W’s strategy, and effectively improve the internal management level, to promote the sustainable development of enterprises, but also for the photovoltaic industry in a similar business strategy formulation and strategy implementation control also has some practical significance.This paper proposed the background and significance of the W’s development strategies at first, pointing out the relevant genre strategic management research, and describes the main contents and methods of this paper; Followed the paper analyzes W macro environment in which the company by using PEST analysis method, and detailed analyzes W industry environment by using Porter’s five forces model, and uses the EFE matrix to make comprehensive evaluation for the company’s external environment; Then, the paper analyzes W company’s human resources, technology, customer channels and other internal resources, and uses the IFE matrix to make comprehensive evaluation for the company’s internal environment; Finally, combines a comprehensive evaluation of the W’s internal and external factors in previous section, using the SWOT matrix model proposed the choice of W company’s development strategy, based on the company’s strategic positioning and development goals and ultimately determine the W company’s development strategy, and developed the various functions strategy to support the overall strategy based on the W company’s actual situation, and describes the strategic evaluation and effective control methods.
