Strategic management is like a pilot light to an enterprise.Well strategy management will bring twice result with half effort to the development of the enterprise.If managers ignore the strategic management,its work will be on the basis of one-sided viewpoint,and it is hard to know the essence of business for them.Strategic management is especially important for new small ventures,and it guides the survival direction of new ventures.QS technology service company is a newly established company dedicated to developing elevator industry personnel training modules and training courseware.This paper has combined the actual situation and characteristics of new enterprises,and analyzed internal and external environment of QS technology services company.Based on these work,the paper formulates strategic planning of QS to guide its business development.We also hope that this paper can provide some reference for the research of development strategy of elevator training industry.The paper has reviewed the domestic and foreign strategic management theory.Based on the situation of the elevator installation and maintenance industry and author's work experience,the paper has analyzed the internal environment of QS company using the value chain theory firstly.QS company's internal advantage includes:human resources and ability,small and flexible,liquidity ratio,business flow,strategic partner with excellent organizations,a clear division of labor.QS's internal disadvantages are:weak R&D capability,no greater impact in specific sales channels,no brand influence,many shareholders having different views,the profit space is not clear,the changeable of strategic partner.The analysis followed by PEST analysis,five forces model analysis,industry life cycle analysis,industry business model.The paper finds there are some opportunities for QS company in the external environment:the demand for skilled workers,the emphasis of government on the quality of elevator maintenance personnel,the development of practice training,the innovation of elevator maintenance courseware,superior geographical position.At the same time,QS company is also facing the threat of external factors:low barriers to entry,the bargaining power of buyers,intellectual property legal environment,more and more substitutes,the strong bargaining power of suppliers.Then by constructing SWOT analysis matrix,this paper proposes QS company strategic choice space,including SO strategy,WO strategy,ST strategy,and WT strategy.Based on these strategic choice,the paper suggests a blue ocean strategy for short term and a differentiate strategy for long term.The core of the blue ocean strategy is to making and promoting training courseware.The core of the differentiate strategy is to implementing customized training.Then,this paper puts forward the function strategy of QS company from four aspects:marketing,human resource,finance,product and service.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy.
