High-qualified teachers can meet career and logistics management requirements. However, there are universal drawbacks of logistics management in China. Logistics personnel supply and demand is imbalanced. Based on the existing research, the paper takes the theory of humanism and multiple intelligence theory as the basic theories. With the training model "ability as the center, employment as the guidance", the paper analyzes curriculum system of SXPI logistics management and gives some suggestions. After all, SXPI Teaching Reform of Logistics Management is a comprehensive project. The school should not only insist on competency-based and career-based thinking, but also take curriculum system construction for center to start a deep and complete teaching reform. It is concerned with public basic courses, professional and technical courses, professional practice courses and other specific aspects of the logistics. School-enterprise cooperation mechanisms and safeguard measures for effective construction are necessary. So the final purpose is that we can cultivate high-qualified personnel to meet the demands of the development and promote the development of logistics market economy.
