The core competitiveness of enterprises where? How companies gain a competitive edge? How to improve competitiveness? These issues have been of concern to the business community and academia topic. From the viewpoint of resource-based theory point of view, the difference of internal resources, the formation of different competitiveness. Peteraf believes that competitive advantage comes from its own resources owned by the heterogeneity of these heterogeneous resources will generate sustained competitive advantage, so that enterprises can be successful and long-term development in a competitive environment. Culture is unique, difficult trading difficult imitative qualities, making it become a source of core expertise and skills, which is the main driving force for sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, human resources and corporate culture can be a driving force for business competitiveness.The literature review study by matching theory and human competence and organizational theory, establish a corporate culture-competency model, using questionnaires, in-depth interviews and other methods to use to determine the competence indicator. On this basis, the preparation of the corporate culture, competency model questionnaire by two samples, using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, inspection of the pharmaceutical industry grassroots business staff competency structural model using regression analysis examined the different corporate culture types on the pharmaceutical industry grassroots business staff competency.The results showed that ① the pharmaceutical industry structure grassroots business staff competence dimension of job skills, work attitude, communication skills, responsible four-dimensional structure, in which the skills dimension contains three indicators; work attitude contains six indicators, communication contains three indicators responsibility includes five indicators. Under ② " flexible" corporate culture skills for the pharmaceutical industry grassroots operations personnel, work attitude, communication skills, a sense of responsibility to produce a positive effect. Under "outward " corporate culture skills for the pharmaceutical industry grassroots operations personnel, work attitude, communication skills, a sense of responsibility to produce a positive effect. ③ Corporate marketing manager at the training managers, staff training and development managers, to understand their corporate culture and noted that the type of manager competency to strengthen the focus to match each other and the corporate culture.Finally, at the same time to make a summary of the study, analyzed its shortcomings and propose future work prospects. This provides directions and ideas for future study. This study proposes a set of empirical studies of the pharmaceutical industry corporate culture, competency model, further research on issues related to the future with a reference.
