As economic turns to be globalization, the enterprises confront various and complicated environments, which lead to a rapid changing market surroundings. Burdening the fierce competition included in polices and economic environment, enterprises must adhere to the people-oriented sources, as we called the human resourcing, which make the company survival in the tense competition. Effective training activities will turn its cost, dozens of untrained employees, to be the company’s sustainable advantage. On one hand, human resource training can make employees gain the knowledge and improve their working skills. On the other hand, it will push its clerks integrating into the corporate culture and establishing their attitudes of values, which turn out to be important to developing their responsibilities.Tianjin No.2 Stevedoring Company is one of the most comprehensive and busiest general cargo ports in the world which has 3000 employees. With the requirements of the strategic development of Tianjin No.2 Stevedoring Company, the human resource training system must adapted to the changing market and national policies. How to effectively improve the quality of employee training has already become the key of enterprises. Therefore, this paper tries to solve the main problems in improving staff training system to make company succeed in the complicated competition under the current situation.At first, the paper introduces the current situation of the human resource training development, though analyzing the successful staff training case in foreign enterprises and comparing with the development process of domestic situation, lead to conclusions that there is a large gap between the developing and the developed. Secondly, basing on the current staff training situation of No.2 Stevedoring Company, we use system survey method to analysis the covered disadvantages that exist in the its staff training activities. Finally, given that the actual staff training level in the No.2 Stevedoring Company, it design some progress on the former system in accordance with the development of the marketing requirements in order to promote the staff training effects and closing-loop management, which will finally influence enterprise’s continuous development.
