Ejin Horo as a typical resource-based city, the enrichment of coal resources is the decisive factor to drive the local economy has been rising development.However, with the continued downward of the economy of our country, the industrial demand for coal resources has been declining; in addition, because in the past the development intensity is too large, the comprehensive utilization of resources is too low, resulting in the natural environmental of Ejin Horo is deterioration; the distribution of benefits due to the extensive mode of economic development not fair, the frequent occurrence of mass incidents.These negative effects have seriously hampered the sustainable development of Ejin Horo. How to seize the current opportunity, conform to the trend of national industrial upgrading, and actively promote the industrial transformation and upgrading in Ejin Horo, to explore a suitable road of sustainable development, this is a big problem in front of the government.The first thing to do the upgrade on the enrichment of coal resources transformation of industry, extend the industrial chain length of the coal industry, increase the added value of coal; secondly, we should pay attention to the development of non resource based industries,especially the development of modern service industry, fully embodies the modern service industry with high added value, low environmental pollution; finally, but also pay attention to people-centered socialist policy, vigorously improve the level of education of local residents, try various devices to increase efforts to introduce talents, improve the labor remuneration of talent, respect for knowledge of the good atmosphere in society.The synergistic effect of the policy to promote the transformation and upgrading of industry.
