Economical And Intensive Use Of Construction Land In Qingliu

Land is the indispensable resources for the production and life of human beings. With the deepening of reform and development, the urbanization process is accelerating, the demand for land is increasing, the supply and demand of land resources is increasingly acute. In order to ensure the regional economic development and protection of land resources, must strengthen the control of land and improve land use efficiency, so that the regional construction land of economical and intensive utilization evaluation has become an inevitable trend.This study to Qingliu County as the typical area, according to the study of the construction of regional land utilization situation of the county all kinds of construction land saving and intensive utilization analysis, through analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation index system and potential analysis system, of Qingliu County construction land saving and intensive use level of evaluation. Taking the opportunity of typical, explore the underdeveloped areas of the county construction land saving and intensive use evaluation method and the existing problems and the reasons, and on this basis from the legal, administrative, technical, economic and other aspects proposed to improve underdeveloped area of the county construction land saving and intensive use level of policy measures.The results show that:1, the construction of Qingliu County Land Saving and intensive degree of comprehensive score is 67.19, achieved a relatively intensive use level.2, Qingliu County construction land saving and intensive degree of the main limiting factors are:unit GDP consumption underground drop rate, unit of GDP growth in consumption of new construction land, urban land supply stock ratio, "batch of urban land supply ratio, and so on.3, Qingliu County construction land saving and intensive use mainly exist: tension in the supply of land and idle precipitation coexist; overall land utilization efficiency and lower development intensity; repeated the phenomenon of illegal land; construction land limited space for development; rural residential land use the existence of vacant and ultra cent phenomenonResulting in Qingliu County construction land saving and intensive use lower mainly due to:economic model is still extensive mode; the flaw of land property right system, the land illegal violations of the supervision and punishment is not in place, the intensive use of land conservation propaganda is not enough.
