Since The Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist, especially in 1992 to determine the direction of the reform of market economy system, the development of China’s enterprises to enter the fast lane, the archives work is the basis of all aspects of the work of the enterprise, enterprise archives work has become a focus of current computer information society under this background, if we can put the files in order to carry out good things, then you can put the basic work of enterprise effectively, and the leading enterprise archives workers played the role is more important. Due to the change of social environment, enterprise archives staff can not keep up with the pace of the changes of the times, they often face and all aspects of the problem, enterprise archives personnel problems fundamentally is human resource management issues. So we should view the fundamental point, this article is from the perspective of human resource management in the analysis of the existing archive staff problems and causes of formation, and using the theory knowledge of human resource management to solve these problems. This paper mainly relies on the theory of archival science theory and human resource management, according to the combination of the two points, to analyze and solve a series of problems in the part of the file in the actual work.The basic framework of this paper:The first part is the introduction, mainly on the purpose and significance of the research, related research status at home and abroad, and research methods and research content, and the innovation points of this paper and the characteristics are described in detail.The second part is an overview of related knowledge, this part is divided into two. The first part is the introduction of the significance and value of archives staff to solve the problems, including micro level and macro level of significance; secondly, the current our country enterprise social characteristics, that is the excessive pursuit of economic efficiency of enterprises.The third part is the problems and reason analysis of archive staff has, this part is from the two aspects of. The current enterprise archives workers made some progress on the first. Then focus on the problems and causes of the personnel archives work of enterprise. The main work in the lack of personnel archives staff; job stability is not enough; the archives working personnel information and professional level is not strong; the archives working personnel allocation is insufficient; the archives working personnel archives staff service consciousness; innovation consciousness imperfection; archives staff role positioning is too low. And their respective causes.The fourth part is about the countermeasures to solve the problems of personnel archives of enterprises, this part is based on the theory of human resource management, on the basis of the actual situation, to analyze and solve these problems.The fifth part is the conclusion. Archivists should strive to do our own work, actively respond to some of the problems, for the country and make due contributions to society.
