Studies On Division Method And Assessment Of The Development And Construction Of Mining Economic Region

Mineral resources, which are considered as an material basis, are very important for social and ecomic development. The mining industry plays a basic and key role in the system of national economy and society. It is of importance for Mining economic zone to be an support for developing and utilizing rational mineral resources, dominating of Mining Economic Zone effectively, promoting the development and integration of the economy. Although it has made outstanding achievements in economic development of mining with twice mineral resources planning guidance in two years, but there are still noticeable problems and contradictions in the development process in the future. Under the background of new normal economic situation, in order to guarantee national energy security in a long-term, solve the problems in the process of mineral economic development, this paper objectively assess the Seventy-five mining economic zone development status that determined in the second round of the 2008 national plan and provide a reference for the third round of planning.Starting from the concepting of mining economic region, this paper define Mining Economic Zoneby different means and ways in different angle, such asliterature analysis, comparative analysis and compare countries and scholars. The author thinks that the mining economic region has developed to a economic advantages of regional mining, that is based on the geographical distribution of mineral resources of the natural attribute and the geographical distribution of social attributes. Exploration of mineral resources, development and subsequent smelting facilities as the main bodyhas its own characteristics and certain scale. Mining economic advantage regional has clear spatial scope and agglomeration in accordance with the resource advantages and industrial layout, and with the national main function region coordinated development.The research foundation are the theory of regional and theory of economic development and theory of metallogenic mining development layout. This paper uses literature analysis method to analyze the characteristics of the regional mining economic region. It’s regional, relevance, functional, strategic, dynamicand so on. In connectiong with the characteristics of mining economic region, this paper pointed out in the designated mining economic zone shall follow the principle of objectivity, ore resources, mining economy contribution principle, principle and cooperative principle and regional comprehensive development and put forward the application of GIS and statistical analysis of specific methods mining economy division and divide 75 mining economy to fine county administrative region and point out that the core of each city of Mining Economic Zone.This paper draw a conclusion according to the relevant theory systematically and resources, society, economy, environment and other data that has been collected. The core of the city where the mining economic region is as the research object and use literature analysis, principal component analysis and econometric model. The conclusion is that the mining economic zones develop with phases, during the process the original location and settings should be adjusted with every phase.Existing mining economy zones concentrate the most important and maximum mineral resources, which can bring a large mining output in. The government should take some measures to improve this kind of ability immidiately.
