Research On Labor Relations Between Migrant Workers And Private Enterprises From Visual Angle Of Social Stratum Harmony

Constructing socialist harmonious society is an important strategy put forward by the Communist Party of China and the government under its in new developing time and stage. As the basis of harmonious society, harmony of social stratum is the key guarantee for the harmony of whole society. Migrant workers and private enterprise owners are two new social strata emerging during the period of reform and opening up, and the harmony between both sides is important to construct harmonious society.From the visual angle of social stratum theory, the essence of labor relations between migrant workers and private enterprise owners is the relations of stratum interests.Constructing harmonious and stable interest relations of social stratum between migrant workers and private enterprise owners is a critical step to form harmonious labor relations and promote society developed harmoniously and stably. The paper chose four factors including wage income, labor contracts and social security, labor environment and rights-safeguarding, which are closely related to interests of two social strata. After implementing factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis basing on data of social survey, it can be found obviously that all these four factors have positive correlations with harmonious interest relations of social strata between migrant workers and private enterprise owners. Besides, the four factors affect harmony of social stratum interest relations at different levels, wage income ranks the first, the followers are labor environment, labor contract and social security,migrant workers rights safeguarding. Therefore, in order to promote harmony level of social stratum interest relations between migrant workers and the private enterprise owners and construct harmonious labor relations, it is a feasible choice to raise migrant workers,wages and narrow income gap between urban and rural residents,improve migrant workers labor environment, operate measures for safeguarding migrant workers rights effectively, optimize social security systems related migrant workers interests and provide sound political and legal environment for the forming and operating of private enterprises unions.
