China has formed a modern social insurance system based on old-age insurance,medical insurance,unemployment insurance,maternity insurance,industrial injury insurance,housing security and commercial insurance.It plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining social stability and social security.Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China's national economy has developed rapidly and continuously,and private enterprises have become the main force of China's economic development.Private enterprises still have problems of different scale,insufficient funds,insufficient technical force,incomplete social insurance coverage,imperfect structure and inadequate supervision.These problems limit the social insurance participation behavior of employees in private enterprises and reduce the social insurance participation rate of employees in private enterprises,thus affecting the stability and harmony of members of social groups,the sustainable development of private enterprises and the happiness index of employees in private enterprises.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of social insurance participation of employees in private enterprises,this paper summarizes the problems from three aspects:government,private enterprises and employees,and puts forward corresponding solutions through questionnaires and interviews on the status of social insurance participation of employees in SG private enterprises in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province.
