Study On The Prediction Of Human Resource Demand In L County Post Office

The key of market competition is the race of human resources(HR) in 21 century.The posts and telecommunications were separated in 1998, China telecom owned most of a high quality of HR. The low quality of HR slow down the speed of postal enterprise which already had difficulty in development.The old management concept and market operation concept, let the postal enterprises HR operation into a simple personnel management and had a big gap with modernization of the company’s HR operation. The drawbacks gradually improved With the deepening of the reform of postal and the development of marketization, but it still can’t satisfy the needs of the development of modernization and marketization. Gather the high level of human resources is the ultimate determinant on how to realize the rapid transformation and development of postal enterprises. Therefore, human resources management become a strategic task of the postal industry supply and demand.Based on the modern enterprise human resource management research in this paper, the principle of human resource combination forecast method is discussed.With the county postal enterprises as the research object, the paper explores the L county post office present situation and the demand of human resource management problems, analyzed the relationship between development direction of the enterprise and the human resources demand, combined the regression analysis forecasting model with quadratic exponential smoothing prediction model, builted the county postal enterprises human resources combination forecast model, analysised the human resource demand of the L county post office from 2015 to 2017, and forecast and the safeguard measures in demand forecasting is presented.Thesis research on county postal enterprises human resources demand forecast,expect to improve county post office of human resources management mode, for corporate leaders to master enterprise development and the trend of human resource demand to provide important data support, have a certain degree of reference and practical significance.
