In 2003, the ministry of land and resources to build the dynamic monitoring of the land market system,in order to strengthen macroeconomic regulation and control to provide support. After 12 years of development, our country is relatively perfect land price dynamic monitoring, analysis and release system has been formed. In recent five years, the real estate market changes constantly adjust, twists and turns, gradually to a steady development. The process supported by land price dynamic monitoring of land macro-control policies. Also, in the process of the macroeconomic regulation and control, public opinion produced a role in digestion, especially in the report of the land market. Therefore, the study of the land price of public opinion of news reporting, help solve prominent problems in land price reports, strengthening public opinion guidance, to promote stable and healthy development of land market is of great significance.The author proposed by statistics analysis, literature research approaches such as combing induction, comparison analysis indicator, from 2010 ~ 2014, the development and change of the land market and macroeconomic, the focus of the land price report characteristic, the land price dynamic monitoring of public opinion guide mode is discussed and analyzed. And, on this basis, it is pointed out that the current land price reported problems and expand the influence direction of dynamic monitoring results. Combining the theory of communication, try to expand its land price dynamic monitoring results, public opinion and strengthen macroeconomic regulation and control effect of the proposal.Participate in the macroeconomic regulation and control, this paper puts forward that:(1) land to protect China’s economic development, stable equilibrium market demand has played an important role.(2) 2010-2010, the land price news reports, land price reports are greatly influenced by the real estate market. In the period of the real estate market boom, reports focus on the housing bubble, the relationship between housing price; During the period of the macroeconomic regulation and control overweight, focus on residential land prices. Market recovery, reported rapid heating up, reacted strongly. However, some media not accurate interpretation of land price monitoring report, reported the lack of rational, cannot accurately reflect the change of the land market, at the same time due to some media biased and exaggeration in data interpretation, etc., formation of public opinion will mislead market expectations, macroeconomic regulation and control effect.(3) the land price dynamic monitoring is one of the important data to support land in macroeconomic regulation and control, dynamic monitoring results should expand the influence public opinion, strengthen the timeliness, initiative is the direction of expanding the power of public opinion.(4) the relevant departments should be built to perfect the land price monitoring results positive public opinion formation, distribution system, and develop negative information rapid response mechanism.(5) with the power of the media to build beneficial to guide market expectations, strengthening macro regulation and control of \ "public opinion\".
