With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy, the rapid rise in the gross domestic product, consumer ability is gone multiple industries, automotive, electronics, home appliances, food, clothing, etc. have entered the fast lane, so as logistics and supply chain industry to create a good space for development. In this paper, warehousing and logistics company in Hunan associated positive as the research object, the system analyzes the company’s steel distribution processes existing problems, analyze the causes, and targeted programs designed process reengineering and implementation steps.In this paper, a total of six parts:The first part is an introduction, a clear background and significance of the paper, presented research ideas, theories were reviewed, mainly on the basic concepts of distribution and business process reengineering theories comprehensive discussion, but also for research into the methods used are described. The second part is the delivery status of Hunan associated warehousing and logistics company being analyzed. In the analysis of Hunan associated logistics companies and distribution are based on the status quo, summarized the main problems that currently exist and Analysis cause of the problem. After being associated logistics company in Hunan distribution process reengineering overall design, the specific proposed basic principles and guidelines distribution process reengineering, to form a meta-analysis of the way the whole process reengineering map and analyze the third part of the BPR advantage. The fourth part of Hunan being associated warehousing and distribution logistics business process reengineering specific implementation strategies. On the basis of the above design, clear the specific implementation strategies, which are mainly related to the implementation of the step distribution process reengineering, focusing on the difficulties and solutions, etc. The fifth part is a summary and outlook. For the thesis summarizes the results of opinion and analyzes the shortcomings of the existing, key directions for future research and content to make the prospect.Significance of this thesis embodied in the following two aspects:first, being linked to Hunan logistics business process reengineering and help provide a basis; Second, the current development of China’s logistics industry as a whole has some inspirations.
