But with the increase of housing prices rise in Zhengzhou city, more and more low-income groups have to suffer the housing difficulty. There is still feeling one’s way to solve the problem of housing, and all kinds of security systems are imperfect, but how to perfect and improve the urban housing security system and solve the the housing difficulty of low-income groups, which has become a problem remain to solve immediately for the government of Zhengzhou city.The main content of this paper is as follows:1、This paper makes a detailed research on the background and the home and abroad research status of this subject,and then made a theoretical basis and methods of the housing security system.2、This paper makes an introduction of Zhengzhou city urban housing system, and the problems. It analyze the urban housing system scientific theory, and the Zhengzhou city housing security system in the process of construction problems objectively and systematically, makes a comparison among of lots of security system which is based on the research on the newest study of the home and abroad, and takes its essence and goes to its dregs when to combine and analyze the domestic and foreign housing guarantee system construction, take the reference some successful experience from advanced area, and then makes a deep analysis of the specific problems according to the existing affordable housing, low rent housing, housing security system in Zhengzhou City.3、This paper perfects the suggestion of the urban housing security system in Zhengzhou city. In order to solve the housing difficulty among the low-income groups,and make Zhengzhou city real estate market more stable and coordinate, we make a series of more and more effective and perfect solutions, and construct the urban housing security system which are suitable for Zhengzhou, and provide lots of scientific decision basis to establish and perfect policy from two aspects of theory and practice.
