Zhou Shan Islands New District Construction Enterprise Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Shared Platform

The development of information technology leads the growth of our country’s economy and the enhancement of the technology level, all different kinds of platforms using the information technology are springing up all over the country, people are getting more dependence on it. Also, the development of information technology has changed the industrial structure of various countries dramatically. In the future development of information technology, it will not only affect the social life, people will also attempt to implement its application into professional fields, which has obtained satisfactory initial results. The government department also attempts to use it for electronic government affairs, which can increase the work efficiency and promote the information resource exchange.The study present in this paper is based on the investigation on previous studies about the domestic and foreign platform construction and the current situation of evaluation system. According to the actual demands of government and enterprise located in the Zhoushan development district, this research selects different targets that can generally reflect the comprehensive development of the enterprise, calculates the weight average for each target using the analytic hierarchy process, and obtains the master data through investigation on site and questionnaire survey, so as to evaluate the enterprise located in the Zhoushan development district comprehensively. Through analytical analysis, the basic situation of the enterprise development in the Zhoushan development district is obtained. After that, this research studies the necessity and feasibility of the platform construction for the enterprise in Zhoushan development district, constructs the platform information database using the computer technology, uses the B/S structure to construct the platform movement pattern, and forms the system platform.This research focuses on understanding the actual demands of the government and enterprise through investigation on site, obtaining the basic information of the enterprise, selecting the appraisal model, and carrying on the quality synthetic evaluation to the enterprise. After that, the research constructs database with the help of computer technology, selects the platform structure pattern, and forms the summarized information service platform, which prepares the ground to construct the platform for the enterprise in Zhoushan development district.
