The development of China’s enterprises has achieved remarkable success over the past thirty years. Ultimately, these successes thank to the use of human resources. Incentive, as an important aspect of human resources, is the essence of modern business management. Currently, middle-level supervisors’ enthusiasm of Yong Tong Special Steel is low, and more and more have intention to resignation. They have no desire to get improving. Yong Tong Special Steel’ resource management has been in a bottleneck. Therefore, incentive mechanism for middle-level supervisors should be a great key affecting for the enterprises.As a traditional steel manufacturing enterprise, the development of Yong Tong Special Steel Company is fast. Some ordinary employees have been middle-level supervisors. Their work enthusiasm is low due to inadequate incentives. This study focus on the incentive system of middle-level supervisors of Yong Tong Special Steel Company. At the same time, this study also references to current human resource management system of company. Wherefore, this study analysis the problems of incentive system of Yong Tong Special Steel Company. Then we get a new frame of optimized incentive mechanism for Yong Tong Special Steel Company, in which we get a series of ways to improve the current pay system, performance evaluation, welfare system, employee training system etc. It is aim to improve the ability of middle-level supervisors.Then we get a new frame of optimized incentive mechanism for Yong Tong Special Steel Company, in which we get a series of ways to improve the current pay system, performance evaluation, welfare system, employee training system etc. It is aim to improve the ability of middle-level supervisors.
