In recent years, China's real estate market has played an important role in promoting the sustained and rapid growth of the national economy. Small and medium real estate enterprises are subject to external policies and internal conditions and they must stand in the height of project management, through continuous strengthening of their own management, in order to make it to survive in the fierce competition in the sustainable development environment. And how to combine the enterprise strategy development needs to carry out the organization and management optimization is the most urgent problem to be solved by the small and medium sized real estate enterprises.This paper takes Yang Guang real estate company as an example to analyze the experiences and problems in the start-up and rapid development of the company and the reasons for these problems. The paper puts forward the strategy of how to implement the plan. It thinks that in the construction of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises' organization and management, we should choose the reasonable project organization structure and establish scientific post design based on the basic principle of organization design. So the basic principles of the organization design of small and medium sized real estate enterprises need to be able to reflect the enterprise strategy, reflect the industry characteristics, optimize business processes, promote management performance, improve operational efficiency. Through the research of this paper, we can further enrich and improve the relevant theory, and provide relevant theoretical support for the enterprises, especially in the strategic transition period. It can also provide ideas and reference to improve the management level for enterprises.
