In the traditional agricultural product circulation model of XI’an,The market price of agricultural products increases fiercely due to the much too intermediate links, however the farmers in the field do not get their deserved earnings,so it brings about of the distorted dumbbell pattern of interests. To break this situation,XI’an has promoted the new circulation mode called the agriculture-supermarket jointing model since 2008. Due to this new circulation mode primarily achieved a win-win situation between the farmers and supermarkets,but in general,it is still in the primary stage,how to promote and develop the most for Xi’an among the agriculture-supermarket jointing models,how to solve the troubles of the suitable model and how to propose the optimized path for these problems is the important content of this paper.First of all,on the basis of literature research at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the basic concept and mechanism about the agriculture-supermarket jointing models. From the status of main existing models of the agriculture-supermarket jointing models in Xi’an,we comparatively analysis the most suitable optimized model of the agriculture-supermarket jointing model in Xi’an called "supermarket + cooperative organization + farmer",and establish evaluated index system of the effect about the agriculture-supermarket jointing model from four perspectives,containing farmers,supermarkets,cooperative organization and customers. Then, We conclude the evaluation model and find out the result with the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the evaluation results is the "general". At the same time,we analysis the result further and find many disadvantages in the operating process of each district. There are four aspects, they are that cooperative organizations are small,the supermarket managing is not standard, the jointing types and the quantities are little and the consumer awareness is low. Finally,we come up with the guiding proposes for the problems appearing in the implementation process.If we hope to optimize the agriculture-supermarket jointing model, we should base on the main body, environment, policy and system. First, we should promote the development of cooperatives with large scale and push the management of cooperatives with standardization; Second, we should improve the management level of the supermarket; Third, we should strengthen the education of consumers about the awareness of the agricultural products consumption; Finally, we should strengthen the government support to make the agriculture-supermarket jointing models work effectively.
