Study On The Rural Land Integrated Consolidation In Tongxiang City

With the implementation of Chinese new strategy of "four modernizations", in the critical period of building a well-off society, urbanization, industrialization, agricultural modernization and informatization were promoting continuously.However, the present situation of the relative lack of reserve land resources, the area of cultivated land per capita far below the world average level, shortage of land reserve resources, the contradiction has been gradually increasing between arable land resources pretection and Guarantee of social development. The rural land integrated consolidation is an important carrier of urban and rural development, an important part of the rural land system reform, and an important content of land management system innovation. In recent years, with the supporting and exploring of local governments, the rural land integrated consolidation is promoted steadily, and it has played a key role for balancing urban and rural integration development, promoting agricultural modernization, ensuring national food security, relieving the contradictions of security development and protection of cultivated land.In this thesis, taking Tongxiang city, Zhejiang province as the study area, the rural land integrated consolidation is the main study objective. Based on the binary structure theory, theory of economical and intensive land use, differential land rent theory, theory of urban and rural areas, the sustainable development theory, taking consulting relevant literature, survey, investigation and statistics analysis, and model suitability analysis and evaluation as the main research method, by the analysis of construction characteristics and land use status of rural land in Tongxiang city, and statistical analysis of three representative pattern, pattern models were builded.This thesis can provide some useful basis and reference for Tongxiang and Hangjiahu plain area in the practice of rural land integrated consolidation.
