| With the advance of the reform and opening-up policy and the development of the rapid economic, the rural labor transition in China became strong and highly active situation. That the rural labor transition could produce rich labor resources have been an important support for developing Chinese economic. Recently, it has been a hot discussion. This study mainly relied on peasant household survey data in 2012 which is from the rural labor projects of Beijing Forestry University in Gansu province. From the sample of the rural labor transition in Gansu province between 2002 and 2011, the dynamic description of the sample flow and the influent factors of choice of the sample flow will be showed as the reference for the decision-making departments to guide transition of rural labor, as help to raise the standard of living of the rural residents, as the promotion of the balanced development of regions. The research results show the expanding of the scale of rural labor transferring to non-agricultural and the acceleration of expanding in Gansu province. The rural labor transition in Gansu is given priority to transfer outside the province, while 10 years regional structure has no obvious change. Specifically, in Proprietary business and industry, construction, manufacturing and services as the most centralized industry in labor transition, the professional structure of labor transition did not change in ten years. Besides, the vocational level in the work of the non-agricultural also did not ascend, and was still on primary profession. On the other hand, the decision-making of rural labor transition is mainly under the influence of personal characteristics, that of family characteristics is small and the influence of local characteristics influence is weakened. Therefore, the government departments could promote rural labor force personal qualities to strengthen the county economy development to develop the rural labor force and orderly transfer smoothly. |
