Research On The Development Of Baoding High-tech Industrial Development Zone Based On The Perspective Of City-industry Integration

Thanks to the reform and opening,China has entered a period of rapid development,and our high-tech industrial development zone is also following the pace of reform,which has the functions of promoting economic development,urban modernization and optimizing urban space structure,etc.However,along with the change of national policy,there are many problems in the development of the high-tech Industrial Development Zone,such as the separation of production and cities,the imbalance between job and housing and so on.These problems seriously affect the healthy development of the city,and the development of hi-tech industrial development zone is in a dilemma.China's economic development is in a new period,and new requirements have been put forward to high-tech industrial development zone.At present,the development model of the development zone has not adapted to the one of today's social economy and must be changed.The development zone must abandon the development mode that pursued a single function in the past,realize its own upgrading and optimization,and develop into a multi-functional development zone.Aiming at the current situation of the Industrial Development Zone,this paper will analyze the problems of the separation of production and the city and the imbalance between job and housing etc.in development zone deeply,compare the development zones in domestic and abroad,and put forward an alternative path to the development zone.The object of this study is high-tech Industrial Development Zone in Baoding.Through the elaboration of the relevant concepts of the development zone and the introduction of the idea of the integration of production and city,we will further analyze the problems of the separation of production and the city and the imbalance between job and housing in the development of the Development Zone.By using literature analysis,empirical study method and comparison of domestic and foreign development zone development situation,from the perspective of integration of production and city,this paper will interpret and analyze the high-tech industrial development zone in Baoding and find out the problems existing in it and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.The first part of this paper expounds the research background,purpose and significance,research methods,contents and technical route,briefly summarizes the brief situation of the research in the development zone at home and abroad,and define and introduce the concept and theory of Industrial Development Zone and industrialintegration.The second part analyses the development course and status in Baoding,builds the measure index of city-industry integration and job-housing balance,excavates and analyzes the problems in the development zone of Baoding.Finally,according to the actual phenomenon of high-tech industrial development zone in Baoding,we find out the internal problems of it and put forward the ideal path for the integration of the high-tech industry and the city based on the following aspects:improving the urban functions,industry upgrading and park planning.
