Freeway in our country changes rapidly, energy saving in mountainous freeway has become a wild concerning issue in transportation area in the time of law-carbon economy and the new traffic. Energy saving in mountainous freeway is a task that full of systematic and comprehensive. It is tough to handle the problem of contradiction between demand and supply merely depend on the energy saving technology. Reducing energy consuming, enhancing energy using efficiency and promoting saving behavior in the way of systematic management becomes the key to save energy in mountainous freeway. This paper is carried out research in this background.The paper includes these follow resultâ‘  Classify the mountainous freeway energy consuming from systematic viewpoint and analysis the factor in mountainous freeway energy saving.â‘¡ On the basis of referring relevant industry experience, combining with energy management features of mountainous freeway, propose the conception of energy management, and divided into three steps. Propose a framework for energy management of mountainous freeway firstly by analyzing the goal, objection, contents, the setting and management mode.â‘¢ Vive advices for operation in mountainous freeway management now by analyzing the feature of investment process and usual operation mode.â‘£ Set up evaluation for mountainous freeway energy saving performance for the first time. And compare the every comprehensive evaluation method, put forward the multi-class comprehensive evaluation model for mountainous freeway energy saving performance based on entropy. Examples reveal that this model has practical and theory value for its scientific, accuracy and effectiveness.
