| Since the reform and opening up, Zhejiang province economy rising,energy supply has become one of the main contradiction that restrictsthe economic development. In the province for industrial boiler total about 46000 sets, the overall energy has great potential inenergy conservation work, promote the industrial boiler to reduce energy consumption growth, is of great significance to the sustainable development of economy of Zhejiang province.In this paper, through the analysis of survey data of the province’s industrial boiler energy consumption condition, points out that the vast majority of industrial boiler energy consumption level is high, most of the boiler does not reach the qualified level national requirements, and thepractical boiler excessive energy consumption analysis of the causes, the main reason causing the energy consumption of the boiler high more than gas temperature higher and higher, smoke the excess CO contentair coefficient design requirements, slag containing higher carbon content in high temperature and furnace and so on. This paper has established an industrial boiler annual coal consumption calculation model, predict that Zhejiang province energy has a great potential, but the management of energy conservation lack the economies of scale. Accordingly, in this paper, according to the influence of boiler energy efficiency design, manufacture, installation, use, modification and other major life cycle link, puts forward the industrial boiler energy saving work focus and energy saving strategy plan from the policy, regulatory and technical three aspects. And from three aspects of the technical, economic and policy feasibility scheme of energy saving management, including the regional central heating technology, waste heat utilization technology, the chain boilers into circulating fluidized bed boiler technology, condensed water recycling technology, low-temperature waste heat utilization technology, motor inverter technology of industrial boiler energy saving technical feasibility; feasibility of industrial boiler energy saving and emission reduction of economic mode of establishment of contract energy management, carbon emissions trading mechanism; and the boiler design and manufacture the source gatekeeper, the newly installed boiler energy efficiency checks, boiler energy saving product oriented catalog, demonstration unit energy-saving and promotion of technology selection, energy saving building energy saving detection key laboratory, research and other aspects of the policy implementation success experience. |
