Study Of Promotion Of Railway Network Construction In Chengdu Railway Bureau

With the continuous development of the southwestern region’s economic size and influence, the demand for cargo and passenger traffic will also become larger. Especially, the Committee of Party Central proposed the construction of the Yangtze River economic belt this year. The west region like Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan and so on, will get a golden opportunity for development. We need pay attention to the issues that how the railway transportation system, as the economic development artery in the southwest, to play a better role in the Economic Belt of Yangtze River and to coordinate the railway transport capacity and the development of the national economyBased on collecting a lot of information and data, this paper combined with the actual situation of Chengdu Railway Bureau, analyzed the lack of transport capacity of Chengdu Railway Bureau from the point and line capacity, and pointed out that Chengdu Railway Bureau insufficient transport capacity is an important factor restricting the development of the local economy. To solve the problem of shortage of transport capacity, this paper put forward some concrete measures for the construction of the railway network size of Chengdu Railway Bureau.The paper covers 5sections:The first part, briefly described the research background and significance of the transportation organization ability of Chengdu Railway Bureau, and simply reorganized the contents and methods of research in this paper.The second part, briefly introduced the related theory of transport capacity and the development of railway in southwest area.The third part, described the demand for railway transport capacity, and also introduced the traffic profiles in southwest area through the introduction of the development of regional economy in the southwest.The fourth part, elaborated the present railway layout of Chengdu Railway Bureau, and particularly analyzed the transport capacity of trunk railway network and hub railway network, and then put forward the concrete measures to expand transport capacity.The fifth part, particularly expounded the preliminary work of rapidly expanding of railway network, accelerating the channel construction and accelerating the construction of short-steady-fast projects in Chengdu Railway Bureau.The sixth part, specifically elaborated the promotion conditions and ensure analysis of enhanceing quality of the construction team, buliding scientific evaluation mechanism, controlling the critical link and ensuring the construction project quality of railway network...
