Research On Construction Of Logistics System For Cross-border E-commerce Of Tianjin Airport

As the progress of efficient、networking and integration in global economy, the Cross-border e-commerce has achieved rapid development in our country. Major domestic airports also have targeted this development opportunity, and develop Cross-border e-commerce actively, in order to enhance the international level of aviation logistics. In 2015, Tianjin is approved to be one of the Cross-border e-commerce pilot cities, and pilot cities will provide policy support for the development of Cross-border e-commerce; and the construction of China(Tianjin) pilot free trade zone will promote the diversified development of Cross-border e-commerce. In addition, in the context of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development, Tianjin is given the historic mission of building the international air logistics center. Therefore, this paper wants to promote the healthy and rapid development of Cross-border e-commerce Logistics of Tianjin Airport through building the Cross-border e-commerce Logistics system.Firstly, this paper introduces the domestic and foreign present situation and theoretical basis of Cross-border e-commerce Logistics. Secondly, according to the status of Tianjin Airport area, this paper makes a depth analysis of Cross-border e-commerce Logistics of Tianjin Airport through the SWOT analysis method. Third, based on the above analysis, combined with the theory of system construction and characteristic of Cross-border e-commerce Logistics, this paper builds the Cross-border e-commerce Logistics system of Tianjin Airport. Finally, using the AHPfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper makes an evaluation for the system and makes a suggestion based on evaluation results.
