Research On The Investment Decision Of Q Company BT Project Construction Standard Workshop

Along with the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market, the innovative construction engineering models, construction projects are taking more and more investment on BT mode. However, due to the particularity of BT model project and its inherent risk factors itself, it brings a greater and more serious problem to the project investors in the project decision-making. According to the Q construction company standard factory BT project related construction materials, I studied the investment decision and analysis on this investment project with the way of combination of theory and practice.BT standard factory building project in this thesis is the Sichuan Province E City, F Town Industrial Park plant construction projects. The project is divided into two sections, with a total investment of about 160million Yuan, the construction period is about 570 calendar days. Because the BT project is a completely new investment construction field of Q construction company, had never been attempted before, in addition to the project of large amount of investment, long construction period, so before investment, it is very necessary to do a detailed research regarding the investment decision analysis.This paper first introduced the theory and method of analysis of BT investment projects and the meaning of investment decisions, and then elaborated the background. It combined with the present situation of the construction market standard workshop Q construction company BT project with BT project investment standard workshop, separately from the financing, investment index analysis and other aspects of the standard factory BT project (hereinafter BT analysis and research of investment project), from project funding requirement forecast and financing plan analysis to project investment analysis, and the rate of return on investment analysis, analysis, net present value analysis, net present value ratio analysis, analysis, present value index method the internal rate of return method to analyze the decision problems of the project investment.Through the research on the BT project of this special investment, calculating the value of each index and their evaluation criteria, integrating the main index the auxiliary index to analyze results, respectively from the point of considering time value of capital and the opposite to quantify the return on investment, Meanwhile, to judge the financial the feasibility of the BT project, evaluate their investment decisions comprehensively, and ultimately come to the BT model investment decisions related conclusions.
