But in any case, the sub-regional economic cooperation among China, India, Myanmar and Bangladesh conform to the trends of the development of world economic integration. If the foundation of this cooperation group could decrease the negative effects in the sub-regional economic cooperation to the lowest degree, the sub-regional economic cooperation would be a potential huge market in South Asia. Meanwhile, bilateral relations between member states and the regional safety would gain a lot through the deepened economic dependences on and the mutual trust from each other.Generally, there are three factors influencing the sub-regional economic cooperation, global level, regional level and national level. By combing the relevant theories, this paper expounds the analysis framework of the sub-regional economic cooperation of China, India, Myanmar and Bangladesh by new regionalism theory, in order to analyze the problems on three aspects above, and puts forward the development path of the sub-regional economic cooperation on global level, regional level and national level.
