As we all know, people are the source of national strength, food is the paramount necessity of people and food safety is the top priority. The food safety issues are people’s livelihood which have got lots of concern from the public. It makes the safety of the catering food service more complex and severe and puts forward new requirements for catering food service safety supervision department. Jinzhou New District is the first national catering service food safety demonstration area with high research value.From founding of study, catering service of Jinzhou New District still have many problems that supervision is not strong, law enforcement power is dispersion, cumbersome procedures, publicity and training is not in place and so on. According to the basic national conditions in our country, the current status of the catering food service safety and absorb from foreign successful experience of the supervision. This paper is mainly based on the HACCP theory, the food safety of quantitative classification management and catering service "5S" method of management theory, as well as the practice research and literature research methods. The make a further analysis of the status of Jinzhou New District catering service food safety supervision and the problems. Through the analysis, I make efforts to strengthen Jinzhou New District catering service food safety supervision, provide some new exploration to improve the overall level of catering service food safety and safeguard people’s diet safety.Through the research of Jinzhou catering service food safety and analysis the problems existing in the regulatory process, this paper put forward the feasible countermeasure.
