Study On Catering Service Food Safety Supervision Of Shahekou District In Dalian City

Food safety concerns the well-being of people's livelihood.It is incumbent on the government to make sure that every line of defense from the farm to the table ensures that more than 1.3 billion people's safety "on the tip of the tongue".Food service serves as the last pass from farmland to table food safety,the strict supervision of catering service is directly related to the physical health of the people,and only physical health can achieve the overall prosperity.Countries launched institutional reform since 2013,the production,circulation and consumption of food safety to unified regulation,the new food safety regulation pattern formation,this research is under the background of the two.This paper,taking Dalian Shahekou District catering unit of government supervision of food safety as the breakthrough point,in-depth analysis of grass-roots government after the institutional reform,how to face food regulatory problems,construction of government supervision,social supervision and enterprise self-discipline and the combination of compulsory insurance catering services food safety governance pattern.In this paper,based on the theory of HACCP,public governance theory,information asymmetry theory,using the method of empirical analysis and comparative study.The theoretical section firstly expounds the background,research significance and the literature review at home and abroad,the example of the value in this paper,we study and related research status quo of the problem.The empirical part mainly analyze Shahekou District in Dalian as an example,discusses the importance and particularity of catering and service industry of food safety supervision.Based on Shahekou District catering and service industry present situation of food safety regulation,analysis the problems and reasons,by using the experience of domestic and foreign outstanding and profound feasibility analysis,finally from strengthen the regulation of local legislation,the innovation way,carry out social work,promote catering compulsory insurance these four aspects improve the links of Shahekou District catering food safety regulatory countermeasures and Suggestions.
